1. Who we are
PathMappr is a project founded by Florent Hannard and Jonathan Astre, based in Belgium. We are developing a spatial intelligence platform for dermatopathology. The company is in the process of being incorporated.

2. What data we collect
We keep data collection to the strict minimum. At this stage, the only personal data we collect is:

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools on this website. We do not collect browsing data, IP addresses, or device information beyond what is strictly necessary for the website to function.
3. How we use your data
Your email address is used solely to:
- Inform you about PathMappr's development progress
- Invite you to early access or beta testing opportunities
- Share occasional updates relevant to the project
We will not send more than one or two emails per month. We will never send unsolicited marketing from third parties.
4. Who has access to your data
Your email address is accessible only to the PathMappr founding team. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
If we use a third-party email service provider to manage the waitlist (e.g., for sending emails), that provider will act as a data processor under GDPR and will only process your data on our instructions. We will update this section with the specific provider once selected.
5. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). If any processing requires transfer outside the EEA in the future, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by GDPR.
6. How long we keep your data
We retain your email address for as long as you remain on the waitlist. If PathMappr launches a product, we will ask for your renewed consent before adding you to any product-related communications. If the project is discontinued, we will delete all waitlist data within 30 days.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct any inaccurate data
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Lodge a complaint — with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA) if you believe your rights have been violated

Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link. One click, and you're removed — no questions asked.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as PathMappr develops — for example, when we incorporate the company, add analytics, or launch a product. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email before they take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
